Vivo has launched two phones in the Vivo V30 series, in the form of V30 Lite and V30 itself. As per recent developments, the company is gearing up to launch a “Pro” model of the series as well. In this article, we will discuss the rumours and all there is to discuss about the Vivo V30 Pro.
Even though sources anticipate a lot of resemblance between the two phones, they deviate in terms of the chipset. The upcoming phone will come with the Dimensity 8200 chipset, unlike the S18 Pro. This MediaTek silicon comes with eight cores and peaks at 3,100 MHz frequency.
Additional hardware under the hood includes 12 gigs of memory and 512GB worth of storage. The Vivo V30 Pro will reportedly pack a 5,000 mAh battery with 80W of charging support. Meanwhile, the optics on the phone will be handled by three 50MP shooters including a primary, an ultrawide, and a telephone lens. Given the partnership of Vivo with Zeiss, the camera unit will likely feature a co-branding of the German company.

However, the two phones will more than likely share the design since the regular V30 looks a lot like the S18 Pro. In the meantime, we have some additional leaks of the phone — thanks to the tipster Sudhanshu Ambhore. As per the leaker, the phone will flaunt a 6.78-inch AMOLED panel with curved edges. Vivo unveiled the V30 Lite in late December 2023 and the V30 earlier in February. In the meantime, sources are speculating the Vivo V30 Pro will hit the market later in February or March.
