The Xperia 5 V gets the flagship Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chip from Qualcomm. This tried and tested 5G silicon is already powering multiple flagship devices in the market. It shoots 12MP images by default at 24mm while, also being able to capture 2x optically zoom images at 48mm. It is accompanied by a 12MP ultrawide unit.
