Realme forayed into the notebook market last year with the Realme Book Slim. The company followed it with the Enhanced Edition in China. It was then rebranded as Realme Book Prime for the European market, which is launching soon in Nepal as well. Design and Display
Realme Book Prime follows the same design language as the original Realme Book Slim. The only difference is that the Prime variant has a green color option. It has a metallic body that measures 14.9mm in thickness and weighs only 1.47 grams.Here, you get the same 14-inch 2K IPS display with 330 nits of typical brightness. The peak brightness of the screen is listed at 400 nits. It even boasts 100% sRGB and a 3:2 aspect ratio.
Performance and Memory
Inside, Realme Book Prime packs the 11th Gen Intel Core i5-11320H CPU. It is a quad-core processor with 8 threads and a TDP (Thermal Design Power) of 35W. To cope with the added power, Realme has included a dual-fan cooling setup, which boasts 50% better heat dissipation than the regular Relame Book Slim.There is no discrete graphics, so users will have to do with the integrated Iris Xe solution. Realme offers the laptop in two memory configurations. The base variant features 8GB of RAM and 512GB of SSD storage. The high-end version doubles the RAM but keeps the same storage space.
With its 54Wh battery, Realme Book Prime boasts battery endurance of up to 12 hours. It even supports 65W Power Delivery charging. A compatible charger is included in the box that takes the laptop from 0 to 50% in around 30 minutes.Talking about I/O, Realme Book Prime features a 3.5mm headphone jack, one USB-A, one Thunderbolt 4, and one USB-C 3.2 Gen 2 port. It also has a fingerprint reader integrated into the power button.The keyboard here is backlit, and it’s accompanied by a Windows Precision Trackpad. Other features include Wi-Fi 6 + Bluetooth 5.2 connectivity and Harman-tuned stereo speakers with DTS audio.

Realme Book Prime will go on sale from April 13 in India at INR 64,999 for the 16GB RAM, 512GB SSD variant. The company is also offering a flat INR 7,000 as an instant discount. We expect the price of the Realme Book Prime in Nepal to be NPR 109,999 when it launches here shortly.
