After a while, Poco is looking forward to launching a new device in India. The Burea of Indian Standards (BIS) has witnessed a new Poco device with the model number "2312FRAFDI". Which is likely to be the Poco X6 Neo as rumored. Without further ado, let's know what the rumors have to say about the upcoming Poco X6 Neo in this article.
Poco X6 Neo Rumors:
BIS Certification
Every smartphone entering the Indian market has to go through BIS certification. As aforementioned, the Poco X6 Neo is spotted with the "2312FRAFDI" model number which is quite similar to the Redmi Note 13R Pro's "2311FRAFDC" model number. So, the new Poco phone will be a rebranded Note 13R Pro which was recently unveiled in China.
Design and Display
Taking the Note 13R Pro's reference, the Poco X6 Neo will boast a flat frame design with a wider camera island. Which will likely house the Poco branding! For the display, it will inherit the 6.67-inch AMOLED panel with FHD+ resolution, 120Hz refresh rate, 10-bit color depth, and 100% DCI-P3 color gamut support.[caption id="attachment_169136" align="alignnone" width="900"] Redmi Note 13R Pro[/caption]
Camera
In terms of optics, the upcoming Poco smartphone will sport a dual camera setup. It is likely to be a 108MP primary shooter and a 2MP depth sensor from the Note 13R Pro. For selfies and video calls, we might see a 16MP snapper embedded in the hole punch cutout.
Performance
The Redmi Poco rebranding doesn't alter much on specs. The X6 Neo will be powered by a Mediatek Dimensity 6080 SoC. This 5G silicon from Mediatek features two Cortex-A76 cores at 2.4GHz, six Cortex-A55 cores at 2.0GHz, and a Mali-G57 MP2 GPU.
Battery and Others
Moving on, the smartphone will get its fuel from a 5000mAh Li-Po cell with 33W fast charging support. We can expect 5G, WiFi 5, Bluetooth 5.3, a 3.5mm headphone jack, and a USB-C port from the X6 Neo.
Colors: Midnight Black, Time Blue, Morning Light Gold
Poco X6 Neo Launch and Availability:
There is no exact date of release for the Poco X6 Neo. However, the device might debut alongside the Redmi Note 13 Series in India. We'll update this article with more info as and when it becomes available.
