Following the debut of Oppo's initial clamshell-style foldable phone, the Find N2 Flip, the company swiftly moved forward with its successor — the Find N3 Flip, which the company has tested against 400,000 folds and is the first handset to include an alert slider. And it is now official in India. In this article, we'll be discussing the Oppo Find N3 Flip, including its features, specifications, availability, and expected price in Nepal.
Oppo Find N3 Flip Overview:
Design
The Find N3 Flip maintains a similar size and shape as its predecessor, featuring a vertical cover screen in a pocket-friendly folding design style. The zero-gap hinge makes the crease nearly invisible on the screen. Moreover, the handset comes in three colors: Moonlight Muse, Mist Rose, and Mirror Night. It's water-resistant (IPX4) and has a fingerprint scanner on the side power button. Likewise, the Alert Slider, on the other side, lets you switch between silent, ringing, and vibrating modes with ease. Body material includes effective cooling with a combination of 6.5W high thermal conductivity gel, bent graphite under the screen, and a full frame partition.
Display
In terms of its display specifications, the Find N3 Flip offers an inner display of a 6.8-inch FHD( 2520x1080) LTPO AMOLED screen with a 120Hz refresh rate, up to 240Hz touch sampling rate, 500nits typical brightness, and a pixel density of 403 PPI.The outer is a 3.26-inch AMOLED screen with 500 nits of typical brightness, a standard 60Hz refresh rate, and a touch sampling rate of up to 120Hz, providing a pixel density of 250 PPI. Also, it allows interaction with "mini-apps" such as WhatsApp, X, Google Maps, Spotify, and Google Calendar, while the company plans to add support for more mini-apps in the future. The folded state offers different wallpapers, widgets for play, 3D interactive pets, and more.
Performance and Memory
OPPO Find N3 Flip runs on the octa-core flagship MediaTek Dimensity 9200 processor paired with an Immortalis-G715 MC11 GPU. It comes with 12GB LPDDR5x of RAM and a choice of 256GB or 512GB UFS4.0 storage. There are no expansion slots whatsoever. Although details about the operating system are limited, it's expected to be powered by ColorOS 14, built on Android 13.
The new iteration of the Oppo Flip phone series; Oppo Find N3 Flip boasts three cameras, adding a telephoto lens to the previous two-camera setup found on its predecessor.Notably, a large circular module houses all three lenses, a unique feature in this segment, and prominently displays the Hasselblad branding. The primary camera is a 50MP Sony IMX890 sensor with optical image stabilization, and there is a 48MP ultrawide sensor along with a 32MP telephoto sensor. For the selfies, you get a 32MP snapper.
Battery and Charging
The Find N3 Flip carries over the 4,300mAh battery, and 44W wired Type-C charging interface from the Find N2 Flip. This battery is the largest in any flip foldable and offers a 50% charge in about 23 minutes. Unfortunately, wireless charging is not available on the Find N3 Flip.
