Yesterday, OnePlus launched its latest mid-range smartphone in the form of Nord 2 5G. Alongside this, it also announced a new pair of TWS earbuds. Buds Pro is the company's most premium TWS offering to date, and it brings ANC on board as well. Here, we will be discussing the specs and key features of the OnePlus Buds Pro, along with its official price in Nepal.
OnePlus Buds Pro Overview
Design
OnePlus Buds Pro is a pair of wireless in-ear earphones with a stalk and silicone ear tips. The earbuds have a dual-tone color. The part that goes into the ear has a matte finish, whereas the stalk has a chrome finish.Coming to the case, it's a rectangular box with rounded corners. You can notice the OnePlus branding on the lid.
Driver and Connectivity
Inside, you get 11mm dynamic drivers tuned for deep bass audio. It even supports Dolby Atmos for surround sound. As for connectivity, it supports the latest Bluetooth 5.2 standard. The earbuds come with Fast Pairing support too.Moreover, it supports high-quality streaming with LHDC-ready devices.
As mentioned earlier, the OnePlus Buds Pro comes with Smart Active Noise Cancellation. What this means is that the earbuds will intelligently adjust the noise cancellation based on the ambient noise. OnePlus has deployed three microphones in the buds for this. With it, OnePlus claims peak noise canceling at 40dB.When you are outdoors, you can switch to Transparency mode to be more aware of the surroundings too.Thanks to the OnePlus Audio ID, users can enjoy up to 10 custom sound profiles. For gamers, there is a game mode that can bring the latency down to 94ms.
Battery and Charging
With ANC turned off, OnePlus Buds Pro can get you through 7 hours of music. The charging case adds another 31 hours to the mix. These earbuds support Warp Charging as well which will get you 10 hours of combined playback with just 10 minutes of quick charge. You can even wirelessly charge the case with compatible Qi-certified chargers.
