Measuring 1.64-inch, Mi Band 7 Pro’s display is larger than that of the regular Mi Band 7 and Redmi Smart Band Pro. Like most fitness bands, Xiaomi Smart Band 7 Pro comes with an optical PPG sensor. This allows the band to support 24-hour heart rate and continuous blood oxygen monitoring. It can even warn users if their SpO2 level drops too low and suggest breathing exercises accordingly.Furthermore, the watch has 117 sports modes, including 14 professional ones. Mi Band 7 Pro can track your workouts more accurately as it comes with a 5-satellite GPS navigation system.Smart Functions
