Infinix brought three new members to its Note lineup: Note 30, Note 30 5G, and Note 30 Pro 5G. Amongst the trio, the vanilla NOte 30 4G variant is official in Nepal with a Helio G99 chipset and 64MP dual camera. Design and Display
In terms of design, the Note 30 boasts attractive looks on the rear side. Well, this reflective back panel design is not new, this guy happens to take cues from the Infinix Note 30i. As a budget phone, you get a plastic frame as usual.The color options are also pretty slick here. There's the "Interstellar Blue" option with flashy vibes, "Magic Black" with plain looks, and the "Sunset Gold" variant with a vegan leather-type finish.On the front side as well, you're looking at a 6.78-inch IPS LCD panel. However, this one has a hole-punch cutout instead of the Infinix Note 30i's teardrop notch. This FHD+ screen offers a 120Hz refresh rate and a 240Hz touch sampling rate.
Performance
Under the hood, Infinix Note 30 packs a MediaTek Helio G99 chipset which is based on a 6nm fabrication process. This 4G silicon features performance Arm Cortex-A76 cores clocking up to 2.2GHz and six efficiency COrtex-A55 cores running at 2.0MHz. And booting the device is XOS 13 built on top of Android 13.
Camera
Moving to the optics, you get a triple camera setup on this smartphone. It is headlined by a 64MP Omnivision OV64B primary shooter, a 2MP sensor, and an AI QVGA unit. Similarly, there's a 16MP front camera for snapping selfies and taking video calls. Interestingly, both the rear and front cameras can record up to 2K res (1440p) at 30fps, which is quite rare in this segment.
Battery, Charging, and Others
Fueling the smartphone is a 5,000mAh battery with 45W PD 3.0 fast charging and reverse wired charging support. Other features include 4G, 5G (only on Note 30 5G), WiFi, Bluetooth, a 3.5mm audio jack, a USB Type-C port, dual stereo speakers, and a microSD card slot.
