The boAt health tracker is small but packed with smartwatch-like features. For starters, the ring is equipped with a heart rate sensor, a temperature sensor, and a blood oxygen saturation (SpO2) sensor. In addition, there is also a six-axis motion sensor to measure any kind of motion. As such, it can track a range of workouts ranging from indoor exercises to running and more.Moreover, the Smart Ring can track your sleep and menstrual cycles as well. Lastly, the Ring can use the data it collects for smart activity tracking and body recovery monitoring. The companion app then displays the data in the form of intuitive and interactive charts with features like Trend mapping and Progress Tracking.
