Asus has announced the latest iteration of their Zenbook S 13 OLED series of laptops. These new laptops will be available in two configurations under the model numbers UX5304VA and UX5304MA. Design and Display

Asus Zenbook S 13 OLED (2024) is an Intel Evo laptop, and that already gives us an idea of what's it about. It boasts a slim frame measuring just around 10mm and weighing just a kilogram. Despite that, it is quite durable with its US MIL-STD-810H standard. In addition to that, it features a plasma ceramic aluminum body and comes with linear patterns on the lid.As the name suggests, we are greeted with a 13.3-inch OLED panel upfront. The screen can be of up to 3K resolution spanning 2,880 x 1,800 pixels. It is also capable of up to 600 nits of brightness and a 100% DCI-P3 colour gamut. Other than that, it comes with a handful of certifications for various aspects such as Dolby Vision, Vesa DisplayHDR, Pantone, TÜV Rheinland, and SGS. Moreover, the Asus Zenbook S 13 OLED (2024) is available in Basalt Grey, and Ponder Blue finishes.

Performance

This laptop relies on the latest Intel Core Ultra 7 processors for its performance. Given that, the Asus Zenbook S 13 OLED (2024) also enjoys the Intel AI Boost. It is an NPU that helps the laptop harness the power of AI without hindering the overall performance. Meanwhile, the processor comes with 12 cores and up to 4.8 GHz maximum frequency.The graphics here are handled by Intel's integrated GPU i.e. Intel Arc. Powering the entire thing is a 63Wh battery that can be juiced up by a 65W charger. Meanwhile, this laptop can reach 70% charge in only 49 minutes. The port selection here consists of two Thunderbolt 4, one USB 3.2 Gen 2 Type-A, one HDMI 2.1, and an audio combo jack. Additionally, we are getting Harman/Kardon fine-tuned speakers with Dolby Atmos support. It is coupled with a smart amplifier and ASUS Audio Booster technology that helps boost the volume by over five times.
